Service Description
In this 60 minute workshop, we look at process and personalisation and review the flow of things between the point of origin and the target to see where we can simplify, innovate or partner your tools, resources and processes to meet business requirements. We focus on accountability, ownership and roles. We do this through Futureblock workshops: A 60 min workshop on Logistics with a minimum of 4 and maximum of 7 people. Select from the following categories: Strategy, Innovation, Concept, Product or Team for the workshop. If you would like to book in a bespoke Logistics workshop that is specific to your business needs, please first book in a Kick Start Session (Problem ID or Solution Sound boarding) to work on the theme and messaging that will most benefit your team.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to reschedule, please do so with 2 working days notice and your fee will be transferred with your date. Any cancellations within 4 days will be billed at 50%, and cancellations within 2 days will be billed in full.
